Paid Support

    As firewalls go, SmallWall is quite easy to work with. And there is some extensive documentation, as well as active forums. But sometimes having someone to assist can be helpful. Some of the SmallWall developers will do consulting work on an hourly basis. To find out more, or to get paid assistance with a problem, e-mail support@smallwall.org.

    At this time, there is no "support contract" available for SmallWall. But if you are in the hotel industry, there is one company using a customized version of SmallWall as part of a fully supported service. You can look at Stay Connected for more information.
